The VS-GWP1600 Wireless Gateway is compatible with a range of modules (2G/3G/4G), enabling secure and efficient interconnection between GSM/WCDMA/LTE and VoIP networks. There are two models in the new Voxstack Gateway series: VS-GWP1600 and VS-GWP2120 Wireless Gateway. The VS-GWP1600 Wireless Gateway can accommodate up to 5 plug-in modules, supporting 4 to 20 GSM/WCDMA/LTE channels. With its unique design, the VS-GWP1600 supports hot swapping of SIM cards and GSM/WCDMA/LTE gateway modules.
The wireless gateway is equipped with a LAN switch card that enables stackability during hardware upgrades. Users can simply add or remove modules for expansion or hardware replacement. With a user-friendly GUI and a unique modular design, users can easily configure their customized gateway. Secondary development can also be carried out via the API. This provides users with more diverse telecom access methods and helps reduce communication costs.
The VS-GWP1600 Wireless Gateway delivers excellent HD voice service with multiple codecs, including G.711A, G.711U, G.722, G.726, G.729A, and GSM, as well as flexible SMS service via the SMS API. It uses the standard SIP protocol and is compatible with major IMS/NGN platforms, IPPBX systems, and SIP servers that support most VoIP operating platforms, such as Asterisk, 3CX, FreeSWITCH SIP server, BroadSoft, etc.
